At Orivyan Perfumes, we ensure that your luxury fragrances are handled with the utmost care from our lab to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer reliable nationwide shipping across all major cities and are expanding our reach to international fragrance lovers. Every order is packaged securely to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a notification once your scent is ready for dispatch.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate for nationwide delivery.

  • Express Shipping: Available for urgent gift requirements.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Major Cities: 2-4 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.

  • International: 10-15 business days (subject to customs clearance).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our “Track My Order” page to monitor your fragrance’s journey in real-time.

6. Returns Policy

Due to the hygiene and personal nature of perfumes, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and still in their original plastic-wrapped packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your perfume bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our support team immediately. You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged bottle and packaging within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement.

8. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an unopened perfume for a different scent, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the price difference, if any.
